Adjacent to the existing Stancija Grande, a luxury hotel and golf course are planned, shaped to the coastal landscape. Fifty-five suites are integrated into the surroundings while delivering a high level of comfort and supporting amenities. The hotel covers 20,000 m² and the golf course spans 650,000 m².
